Product Description
New Idle-Up Switch for Ford Escape BA Series with 4 Cylinder engines Only from 2/01 to 11/07.
This series of Ford Escape have an Idle-Up Switch fitted to the Power Steering System, this switch up-idles the engine to prevent the engine stalling when the pressure builds-up during parking situations.
This switch has an issue with leakage and over time the switch will need to be replaced. Until now the only way to replace this switch was to purchase a new power steering switch assembly through the Ford Dealer networks.
Ultimate Power Steering has sourced New Idle-Up Switches that simply fit directly into the existing power steering system on the Ford Escape BA Series with 4 Cylinder engines.
Our New Idle-Up Switches will fit all Ford Escape “BA” Series with 4 Cylinder engines built from 2/2001 to 11/2007. Please Note this switch will only fir the 4 Cylinder Engines ONLY. If you have a V6 Engine you will need to order the V6 Switch our part No PA50522
Our New Idle-Up Switches is covered by our 12 Month / 20,000Klm replacement warranty.
