Product Description
New Idle-Up Switch for Ford Focus LR Series.
This series of Ford Focus have an Idle-Up Switch fitted to the side of the Power Steering Pump, this switch up-idles the engine to prevent the engine stalling when the pressure builds-up during parking situations.
This switch has an issue with leakage and over time the switch will need to be replaced. Until now the only way to replace this switch was to purchase a complete new power steering pump assembly through the Ford Dealer networks.
Ultimate Power Steering has sourced New Idle-Up Switches that simply fit directly into the existing power steering pump on the LR series Ford Focus.
Our New Idle-Up Switches will fit all Ford Focus “LR” Series vehicles ranging from 9/2002 to 4/2005.
