In stock now - New high pressure hose for Ford Falcon BA & BF 6 Cylinder. 9/02 – 10/06
We Stock an aftermarket hose that has been redesigned at the Pump end, this new designed fitting allows for easy replacement of the end O-ring and will eliminate the possibility of the oil leak at the Pump fitting. This new part has 2 bends in the steel section at the steering rack end of the hose.
This Hose aftermarket part comes with 3 new mounting “O” rings so you can re-fit the idle-up switch to the steel pressure fitting. This high quality pressure hose comes with a 2 year 40,000klm replacement warranty.
Don’t get court out by other cheaper copies of this hose on the market.
A redesigned hose is also available for the Ford Falcon 6 Cylinder’s EF, EL & AU applications.

Great Power Steering hose

Very happy with the product. It's very important to check first if it has two or three bends down near the steering rack.It also arrived promptly and solved my dilemma.

Great replacement for standard BF hose

Had the typical hose leak from the nut at the pump end on the original hose. Rather than replacing the nut/washer, this is a much better long term solution.
Hose arrived super quick as well.

Tried to replace the nut on the OEM hose and ended up breaking it. I ordered this hose Sunday night and it arrived by courier on Monday(Brisbane metro). I had the car running again same day. The hose works great and has saved my alternator. Just wish I bought this in the first place and saved all the stuffing around.

I decided to purchase this hose as it came highly recommended by a few people on a Ford forum.
Was very surprised by the quality of the hose compared to the genuine Ford one. Very happy with it and no leaks first go.

New pump + old hose = leaks
Old pump + old hose = leaks
Old pump + ultimate hose = no leaks
Went through several o-rings trying to get the new pump to seal but the Ford fitting destroys the o-ring as you screw it in. I assume it is because the o-ring turns with the hose nut and peels the edge away as you try to get the thread started.
This hose has a separate hose nut with a flared fitting for the o-ring. Would of liked more than one set of o-rings with the new hose but it all sealed first time so I can't complain.
