In Stock Now - New high pressure hose for Ford Falcon BA & BF 6 Cylinder. 09/02 - 04/08
We Stock an aftermarket hose that has been redesigned at the Pump end, this new designed fitting allows for easy replacement of the end O-ring and will eliminate the possibility of the oil leak at the Pump fitting. This new part has 3 bends in the steel section at the steering rack end of the hose.
This Hose is made in the USA, it comes with 3 new mounting “O” rings so you can re-fit the idle-up switch to the steel pressure fitting. This high quality pressure hose comes with a 2 year 40,000klm replacement warranty.
Don’t get court out by other cheapie copies of this hose on the market.
A redesigned hose is also available for the Ford Falcon 6 Cylinder’s EF, EL & AU applications.

Problem Solved

Falcon dropping power steering fluid all over the alternator. No spares available from Ford except an end fitting and microsurgery to fit it. Found the hose I needed at Ultimate Power Steering along with a short film describing the selection possibilities. Modified design to boot to prevent repeat of problem. Part arrived promptly even with lockdowns all over the place. Slipped it in and the beast is up and running again. Thanks for your great service.

I ordered this hose on Monday, couldn't believe received it next day to Rural NSW.
The three bend Pressure Hose fitted perfectly, first time. Absolutely no leaks.
The hardest part to fitting this hose was the rubber block securing both hoses. Not the fault of the hose just a pain to undo and refit.

Just fitted the new 3 bend high pressure hose...fits like a glove. .. the bends make a nice sweep into the rack and line up nicely with the original hose clamp. Niiiicccceeee thanks guys.
