New Rack End to fit Holden Torana LX Series Rubber Mount Rack with Casting No 9942632 built from 3/76 to 3/78.
In applications like the Holden Torana there has not been any after-market rack end available, so Ultimate Power Steering has located a re-designed “one piece” replacement Rack End.
This new after-market rack end has been manufactured as a direct replacement to the original Rack end, but with a better “one piece” design that allows an easy fitment to the Manual Steering Racks.
Our replacement is a simple screw-on and lock design so there is no fiddly adjustments required unlike the original 3 piece design.
If your Holden Torana has steering issues the Rack Ends are most likely the problem and there is now a Better solution than the awkward original 3 piece parts.
Another benefit of our Rack End over the Original part is that the Original Rack End Rod is round and the only way to adjust the wheel-alignment is to use a vice-grip and these damages the Rod. Our new design has a Hex section forged onto the Rack End Rod this help with wheel-alignment adjustments
We can freight the rack ends anywhere within Australia in some cases this may-bee an overnight service.

Our New Rack End Part No P735 will fit all Holden Torana LX Series Rubber Mount Racks with Casting No 9942632 built from 3/76 to 3/78.
PLEASE NOTE – The manual racks in this series of Torana’s may have been interchanged over the years so please check the casting numbers located on the LHS of the aluminum housing to ensure the correct rack end for your steering rack casting number.
