New High Pressure Hose Assembly, for Ford Falcon FG Series 1 (5/08 – 11/11.) 6 Cyl. Engines.
This series of Ford Falcon FG have an issue with leakage on the High Pressure hose.
Until now the only way to replace this Hose was to purchase a complete new power steering high & low pressure hose assembly through the Ford Dealer networks, unfortunately the dealers have limited stock.
Ultimate Power Steering Now stock a new High Pressure Hose assembly that includes a New Duck-Bill Seal at a considerable saving over the Original Ford Part.
This Hose comes supplied with –
- 1 x New Duck-Bill Seals (To seal hoses to the power steering rack pinion head)
- 1 x New O-Ring (To seal hose to the power steering pump)
We supply these extra parts to make the installation easier.

Hose assembly fitted my 2008 FG XR6 perfectly, solved the issue of the non-serviceable OEM ball nut at the pump end leaking. Included new seals for both ends and the idle up sensor + concise instructions on their fitment.
Order was processed within half an hour of payment being made on the website. Arrived 24hrs later on my doorstep in Hobart. Sales consultant on the phone was very helpful.
