New High Pressure Hose Assembly, for Ford Falcon FG Series 2 & FG-X (Built from 12/11 to 2/17) with 6 Cyl. Engines fitted Including the Ute and Tray Back series..
This series of Ford Falcon FG have an issue with leakage on the High Pressure hose.
Until just recently the only way to replace this Hose was to purchase a complete new power steering high & low pressure hose assembly through the Ford Dealer networks, unfortunately the dealers have limited stock.
Ultimate Power Steering Now stock a new replacement High Pressure Hose assembly at a considerable saving over the Original Ford Part.
This Hose comes supplied with –
2 x New O-Rings (To seal both hoses to the power steering rack pinion housing)
1 x New O-Ring (To seal hose to the power steering pump)
1 x New O-Ring (To seal the Idle-Up Switch to the new hose)
1 x Instruction Sheet
We supply these extra parts to make the installation easier.
Our New Replacement Hoses are designed to fit the following vehicle –
Ford Falcon FG Series II & FG-X Built from 12/11 to 2/17 with 6 Cylinder Engines fitted Including the Ute and Tray Back series.
Please note the Original Hose Support Brackets will need to be removed and then re-fitted to allow replacement of our new hose assembles. We also supply an instruction sheet to help with fitting.

Did exactly what it said on the box

This fixed the leak issue on my FGII Falcon that the Fraud Motor Company left me with.
It was a direct fit (although the pump end was a tad tight) and all the brackets fitted back on. No need to bend, tweak or curse.
After 2 weeks and 500km no more weepy fluid.
The additional o'ring for the return pipe was a value-add that was really appreciated.
Was packed well into a 5Kg airbag and arrived the next day. The freight charge I thought was a bit high but what do I know?
